Our story

It started with a pile of bricks on the floor.

One afternoon my son looked at the giant tub of bricks we keep at home and asked what we could make with all of it. I figured I’d just ask an AI to design something. How hard could it be?

That question turned into a rabbit hole. Describing a build is easy. Making one that actually stands up, with the right parts, in the right order, that a real person can follow, is hard. We learned the geometry and the physics the slow way, one collapsed model at a time.

So we kept going. We dug into how the whole thing works, from the shape of every part to the exact order you snap them together. A weekend pet project quietly grew into something far more ambitious, with more directions than we could ever chase.

To keep ourselves honest, and to share what we’d learned, we decided to build an app. Stackable is the result: a way for anyone to turn an idea, a photo, or a real object into a model they can actually build.

We’re still building it, and we’re just getting started. Thanks for being here early.
